Double A Solutions is a software company that builds and scales SaaS businesses for industries that real people actually work in. Archie Heinl founded the company in 2003 to eliminate manual work through software, starting with custom development for clients in insurance, trucking, banking, and construction. Every project taught us something about how real businesses run.
In 2009 we launched our first SaaS product, Blitz Sales Software, and the company shifted from custom builds to scalable platforms. Visible Trends, 360° Patient Manager, and Janitorial Manager (2014) followed, alongside acquisitions of Call Logic (2016), Aline Phone Systems (2019), and HBW Leads (2020). We also launched JaniJobs in 2025. Twenty-plus years in, the mission still fits on one line: turn ideas into dependable software for real businesses.

Archie founded Double A Solutions in 2003 to automate tedious tasks. Two decades later, he remains involved in growth, strategy, and joint ventures. He is active in the Northwest Ohio business community and speaks at local institutions.

Brittney Liggett is a results-driven operations leader with a deep understanding of how technology and process intersect to move organizations forward. As VP of AI Business Systems at Double A Solutions, she focuses on integrating AI across the business in ways that improve efficiency, transparency, and the way teams work day to day.

Adam leads sales and marketing for the Double A portfolio. He collaborates with leadership to grow platforms, expand partnerships, and attract customers. With a background in sales and SaaS, Adam helps businesses adopt transformative technology.

Each year, Double A Solutions awards a $1,000 scholarship to a student pursuing a college education. Applications open in the spring and the deadline to apply is July 1 at 11:59 pm. The winner is announced by the end of August.
