Real culture shows up in what a team actually does together. Ours shows up at the spring Mud Hens outing, at the annual Christmas party, and at Acoustics for Autism in downtown Maumee where we sponsor the Bier Garden Stage. We work hard, but we also make time to connect as a team. We celebrate wins, support each other through challenges, and believe strong communication is the foundation of strong teams. The team is split between our Toledo office and remote employees across the country. A few times a year we bring everyone together in Toledo so the remote team gets office time and the office team gets to know the people behind the screens.
